Right, so by now most of you will have seen the newest company to hit the UK shores; Crisp Scooters have come all the way from Southern Australia with a fresh ride for the UK scene. The model ready for release is the Crisp 'Ultima', for sale in in two colour schemes; silver & white and black & chrome(which secretly contains purple, but dont tell anyone!). They may sound pretty simple, but have their own steezy and just plain original look about them.
The 'Ultima' presents possibly the nicest deck and bar combination to exist in scootering history! It may sound like an OTT reaction, but take a look for yourself! However, I have to admit a similarity between the deck and the Blunt AOS...but many of us know that blunt decks have a history of breaking, so Crisp may be the company that proves that good looks and strong production CAN be possible; In which case absolutely everyone will go on a Ultima craze, repeating the Madd hype of late last year! Honestly, I wouldn't mind if that were the case... seeing a few of these beauties out and about will be a pleasure to my eyes.
Personally, I think that the Crisp Ultima will be serious competition for the new MGP Nitro Extreme due to their equal pricing of £249.95, although Madd's name is more common, which will most likely give them the edge.
Pre-order on Dogg and Skates from June 15th for Mid-September delivery.
